Ms. Mulrooney manages operations across the departments and casts the vision for the future, aligning priorities with our core principles of serving the private and public healthcare ecosystems with best practices.

Galen Mulrooney, Executive Vice President of J P Systems, has over 30 years of Enterprise Healthcare IT consulting experience and manages our technical teams. As an internationally known HL7 healthcare data standards sage and a clinical data modeling Subject Matter Expert, he is a trusted advisor to the VHA and HHS ONC. He supports clients with Interoperability and Data Standardization needs.
