About OASIS+

The One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) initiative by GSA marks a significant advancement, building on the achievements and lessons learned from the original OASIS program. OASIS+ offers a more comprehensive suite of Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, tailored for the next generation of professional services solutions. This program allows Federal customers to procure innovative solutions from highly qualified businesses through a contract vehicle that is designated as Best-in-Class (BIC) by the Office of Management and Budget.

OASIS+ is designed with enhanced flexibility and user-friendliness to address the increasingly complex needs of federal customers and to streamline the process of soliciting and awarding orders. This suite of contracts integrates the scopes of the legacy OASIS, Building Maintenance & Operations (BMO), and Human Capital & Training Solutions (HCaTS) programs, while also incorporating new service areas that were previously outside the scope. This expansion broadens the range of services available to buyers and provides sellers with more diverse opportunities to compete.

This suite of services contracts is available for use by agencies throughout the Federal Government who hold a Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA).

OASIS+ Key Features

  • Flexible/expandable domain-based structure
  • Global access to commercial and noncommercial structures
  • No contract ceiling or cap on awards
  • Industrial base of highly qualified contractors
  • 10-year period (base of 5-years + one 5-year option period)
  • Open on-ramping after initial awards
