Annual Awards

At the end of every year, JPSys sponsor a peer nominated bonus. Employees and managers nominate their co-workers to recognize the energy they put into their jobs and the results they achieve for our clients. The top 5 nominees receive a cash bonus in their paychecks.

Those mysterious paycheck stub leave totals

The leave listed on your pay stub shows your YEAR TO DATE hours accrued and used for holidays, sick and vacation. The figures shown use your hire anniversary date as the start of the year - not the calendar year. Accordingly, if you are being paid for leave time on this paycheck, this is shown under the Earnings Section. The leave year is set up this way as your vacation hours accrual rate will increase after certain anniversary dates.
