300-N04 SOA Analyst

Education: BS and 5 - 10 years relevant work experience

Experience: Demonstrated experience in the definition of services. The individual will be proficient in all aspects of the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) analysis process including the delivery of service candidates through the service modeling process. Background in Enterprise or Software Architecture and/or business analysis desired.

Must be able to demonstrate UML modeling skills.  Strong systems and technical background for close interaction with the architecture and development teams.  Understanding of Model-Driven Architecture (MDA) and ISO’s Reference Model for Open Distributed Processing (RM-ODP) standards. Understanding of data standards (e.g. HL7, OMG, ).  Experience working in the healthcare domain is preferred. Ability to work independently and self motivation is a must.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Gathering and documenting of business and user requirements, specification of functional and quality requirements, decomposition of business capabilities into system specifications for each of the service components
  • Authoring documentation (e.g., models, narratives, and use cases) for subject matter experts, architects, developers and quality assurance
  • Lead requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement are accurate, complete, consistent, concise, testable, traceable, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards (e.g., UML, modeling standards, information/data standards, etc.)

100-021 Medical Terminologist

 Successful candidate will have medical terminology experience with knowledge of enterprise systems. Work experience with health care informatics required. Experience with standard terminology services and International Standards Organizations (ISO's), such as HL7, OMG, or NCPDP highly desirable.

Must have 3 - 5 years experience in authoring or maintaining terminologies. Candidate must have very good client relations skills and be detail oriented. Must be highly motivated, results oriented and be able to produce deliverables on time.
