Our full time employees receive a full array of highly competitive benefits such as paid major medical coverage with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem dental, Anthem vision and term life insurance coverage.
PAID TIME OFF
J P Systems also provides 2 weeks of vacation, 5 days of PTO and 10 holidays a year including a "floating" holiday which you may use (instead of Columbus day) when ever you choose. Use the floating holiday to turn your birthday or any other important day into a paid holiday. Full time employees who have been with us for 10 years accrue 3 weeks of vacation a year. Please refer to our Employee Manual for a complete description of the benefits.
We offer participation in a 401(k) retirement account with a 3% contribution. The company will contribute 3% of your salary according to the plan requirements.
J P Systems has a Volunteer Day once a year when full time employees can spend the entire day with pay volunteering at a charity of their choice which is an IRS recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization. Each employee chooses their own date which is arranged ahead of time. In past years we have worked for:
Clinic for the Rehabilitation of Wildlife (CROW) (Sanibel, FL) is a teaching hospital and visitor center dedicated to saving wildlife through state-of-the-art veterinary care, research, education, and conservation medicine.
Habitat for Humanity Restores are nonprofit home improvement stores and donation centers that sell new and gently used furniture, appliances, home accessories, building materials and more to the public at a fraction of the retail price.
Northern Virginia Therapeutic Riding Program, based in Clifton, VA, is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) that provides equine-assisted activities for children and adults with disabilities, youth-at-risk, recovering military service personnel, and their families in an inclusive, community setting.
Southern Arizona Land Trust (SALT) purchases conservation land in AZ. SALT is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Arizona, and dedicated to serving Tucson and Pima County Arizona through affordable housing.
Virginia German Shepherd Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, all volunteer organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing of the German Shepherd Dog. We provide a safe haven for German Shepherds (and, sometimes, other breeds/mixes) who are left in shelters to await uncertain fate; are owner surrenders (moving, illness, divorce, death, etc.); or are victims of abuse or neglect.
You may assist charities with administrative, management, IT, graphics, marketing, social media or other consulting tasks. The work to be done is arranged with each charity individually.
